MATRIX REIMPRINTING
Matrix Reimprinting was discovered during an EFT session. It has developed into an amazing adjunct to standard EFT. Matrix Reimprinting works because of a phenomenon known as Memory Reconsolidation. Whenever we access a memory, we tend to change it a bit to a more favorable version of the original memory. When we change the memory, it changes it at our subconscious level also.
Matrix Reimprinting allows you to literally change or rewrite your memory and imprint the new, more favorable memory in your past. You do not have to change the memory outcome at all, but may elect to use other resources in order to deal with the problem better. You get to rewrite your story any way you like. This rewrite does not change your conscious memory, but does rewrite it in the subconscious memory. It is the subconscious memory that runs about 90% of our daily programs and can undermine your success and physical and emotional well being when you have negative, limiting belief programs "running behind the scenes."
Matrix Reimprinting (MR) not only can help you rid the body of both physical and emotional issues, it can also helps you more easily manifest your goals and dreams. Once you rid your subconscious of all those pesky limiting beliefs your goals and dreams will be easier to attract into your life.
In MR we view past negative events or traumas as memories being held as pictures or holograms in the body's energy field (or matrix). Unless you change the memories or pictures, you will most likely keep tuning into them on a subconscious level, thereby repeating many of the same negative patterns or scenarios in your life, such as " I am not good enough or worthy enough for..." on an endless loop.
If you believe something even on the subconscious level, it becomes your REALITY, even though consciously you know it is not true! That is because our subconscious minds run our background programs for 90% of our day. In other words, our subconscious minds are responsible for 90% or more of what we think and feel on a daily basis. That is why limiting beliefs instilled in us long ago have had such a lasting effect.
These limiting beliefs are what keep most of us from reaching our success or happiness potentials. If the feelings are pervasive enough, they can also be a bit depressing. Remember, you don't have to believe these limiting beliefs for them to hold you back or affect you on some level. These beliefs stem usually from well meaning family, friends or teachers. These comments get imprinted on your cells by the chemical reaction you had when you heard them. When you heard things as a child from an authority figure, you tend to believe them. You may have heard:
"no one in our family has ever made a success of themselves (or been wealthy)"
" we come from a poor family, so you won't ever have money"
"women can't be financially successful"
and my personal favorite:
"girls can only be teachers, nurses or librarians"
Like it or not, right or wrong, that information was imprinted on your subconscious at the cellular level as a mini or major trauma. EFT and MR can remove the "trauma" and change your mental "picture" of the past memory, freeing your subconscious of negative limiting beliefs.
Negative childhood memories or traumas (big or small) can be detrimental to your emotional and physical well being and your ability to attract all the positive things you want in your life.
MR transforms these holographic pictures or memories and facilitates rapid, physical and emotional healing. Once the negative beliefs or traumas are removed from your subconscious and your energy field, you are freed up to enjoy life more and have a more positive, abundance filled life.
