What is Matrix Reimprinting?

EFT is Emotional Freedom Techniques founded by Gary Craig in 1993. It is based on the idea that emotional and physical traumas cause electrical or energy blockages along our energy meridians and that the chemicals generated by the hypothalamus during a physical or emotional trauma get trapped at the cellular level. This causes the body to retain the traumas far longer than we should. Until the "chemicals of the trauma" are released from the cells, total healing cannot occur. Ongoing research bears this out and muscle testing can show immediate firsthand evidence that negative events cause disruptions in the energy system, weakening the individual. EFT involves tapping the same energy meridians utilized in acupuncture for over 5000 years, with our fingertips. It is easily learned and is a tool you can use for life. The kinetic energy imparted by the tapping motion physically clears blockages from the energy meridians.
Think of a television with an electrical problem. You may get a fuzzy picture or one that fades in and out. The best reception occurs only when there are no energy interruptions. Your body will function at peak performance both emotionally and physically when there are no energy blockages.

EFT helps dislodge the chemicals from the sites and clears them from the body, releasing both your conscious and subconscious mind of the negative thoughts surrounding the event. You still recall the event but there is no longer a negative charge (emotion) to it.
